Quick & easy sourdough discard crackers!
These also make for great, nutritious snacks for kids and the simple process makes it easy for little ones to join in for the preparation as well.
You will need just 2 ingredients:
-200g sourdough starter
-2 tablespoons melted butter Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 175c / 350f
Line baking sheet with parchment/baking paper
Combine starter & melted butter in bowl, then thinly spread your mix on to the parchment paper and add your toppings!
My favourite way to top these is 1/2 cinnamon sugar and 1/2 Himalayan salt with organic seed blend!
Bake for 7-10 minutes then take out of the oven to cut/score your crackers and bake for another 15-20 minutes until crispy at the edges
Let cool for 15 minutes.
